There’s a lot going on in the Darth Vader series. First of all, in the last issue, Darth Vader #42, we got the first full comic appearances of Enric Pryde and Blades, Chamdaka, and Tandorvo of the M.A.R. Corps. The M.A.R. Corps has a ton of potential to me. They’re a group of cyborg Rebels who get taken over by Vader using technology adopted from the Scourge.
They may not translate well to live action but they’re a super fun and perfect for comic stories. This issue will continue that story and include the return of Anakin’s childhood friends, Kitster and Wald as Vader assembles a team to take on the Schism Imperial, a group of Empire loyalists dead set on taking him out for the Emperor.
