Finally! I’ve been looking forward to this for quite some time. Not only is Takashi Okazaki one of my favorite artists making comings right now, I’m a big Ronin fan.
His story remains my favorite short story in the Star Wars: Visions series on Disney+. The Star Wars: Visions #1 comic from 2022 is one of my favorite comics from the last few years.

This one-shot comic will tell the origin story of Ronin and provide (much needed) backstory on the character.
In the preview we see Ronin battling (training?) with a masked Sith who doesn’t seem very threatened. My guess is that it’s Ronin’s original master because I’m getting serious Palpatine toying with Darth Vader vibes with how they interact.
Could this guy be the reason that Ronin is traveling around collecting Sith kyber crystals? I’m excited to find out.
