Welcome back! Today I come with good news. A new exclusive variant for Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 2 #5 by famed artist Raf Grassetti was just announced and I must say… it’s real nice. There is a trade dress and virgin variant version of this cover. The virgin is limited to 700 and the trade dress is limited to 1,500.

The pre-sale starts on Wednesday, August 30th at 6:00 P.M. ET and will be exclusively sold by Spectral Comics.

This is far from the only exclusive variant for this issue. 616 Comics announced THREE variants by Peach Momoko last week and The Comic Corner has a pretty cool exclusive variant by Kael Ngu that they announced right before that.
Star Wars The Mandalorian Season 2 #5 is a comic adaptation of the 5th episode of Season #2 of the Mandalorian, “The Jedi.” The episode featured the live action introduction of Ahsoka Tano and the first appearance of Morgan Elsbeth.
Morgan Elsbeth is the female antagonist in the Ahsoka show that is currently running. She was just revealed to be a Nighsister and is on a mission to bring Thrawn back to overtake the New Republic.
