Star Wars Legends Epic Collection: Rise of the Sith Volume #1 – This is a reprint of the first Rise of the Sith Epic Collection that collects a ton of old Dark Horse Comics that lead up to the events of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. Lots of Yoda, Obi-Wan, and Qui-Gon stories.
Star Wars: Thrawn Alliances #1 2nd Printing by Timothy Zahn, Jody Houser, Andrea Di Vito, and Pat Olliffe – This is a 2nd print variant by Lee Garbett of the first Star Wars: Thrawn Alliances comic in the 4-part series. It’s likely to be lightly ordered so it *could* be hard to track down down the road. So if you think you’ll want it later, it makes sense to grab one now.

Star Wars: Thrawn Alliances #2 by Timothy Zahn, Jody Houser, Andrea Di Vito, and Pat Olliffe – This is the 2nd issue in the 4-part adaptation of the Star Wars: Thrawn Alliances novel. I personally love book adaptations. First off, I love novels. From a reading standpoint I like them even better than comics. But, unlike show/movies, you don’t always have a clear picture of what characters, locations, situations, etc. look it. So adaptations make sense since the original is not a visual media.
I’m a big fan of the Rahzzah variant even though Thrawn is looking a bit like Arnold Schwarzenegger in the face.

Star Wars Comic Book FOC Deadlines
For those who aren’t familiar, FOC, or Final Order Cut Off, is when publishers and distributors require retailers to get their orders in. Printers then print according to that number (sometimes with overages). So, if you want to absolutely guarantee you get a book, the best bet is to order it before FOC. Final Order Cut Off is Monday 2/26/24 this week.
