New Star Wars Comics & Books For October 25th, 2023

by GrandAdmiralFrik

Welcome to the weekly new Star Wars comics post where I break down all-new comics & books coming out next week, October 25th, as well as all Star Wars comics with a final order cutoff next Monday, October 23rd!

Ready to dig in?

UPDATE: Pre-Orders For The Newly Announced January 2024 Comics Are Live On TFAW

Star Wars: Doctor Aphra #37 by Crash Wong and Minkyu Jung – Nothing stands out about this issue but I do love the 1:25 by Annie Wong. I pre-ordered it right after it was announced a few months back. There’s nothing special about the art but it works for me and is pretty unique.

Star Wars: Dark Droids – D-Squad #2 by Marc Guggenheim and Salva Espin – I love this series so far. It’s the silly side of the Dark Droids story and the interactions between the all-star droid cast just make me happy. Love that Chopper variant.

That’s all for comics and books next week but there are a ton of toys hitting stores according to the catalogs. Probably for the holidays. You can see what is all supposed to be released for the rest of October 2023 here on Entertainment Earth.

There’s also some cool statues of Thrawn and Darth Vader with a cracked mask being released next week on TFAW.

Star Wars comics with an FOC deadline this upcoming Monday, October 23rd, are:

  • Star Wars: Bounty Hunters #40 (only 2 more issues left after this one)
  • Star Wars: Dark Droids – D-Squad #3 (big fan of the QT-KT and BT-1 covers)
  • Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi #3 (RIP Ned-B)

Check out everything new coming up (including all variants) below and get your pre-orders in over at TFAW or here over The Comic Corner.

Star Wars Comic Book FOC Deadlines

For those who aren’t familiar, FOC, or Final Order Cut Off, is when publishers and distributors require retailers to get their orders in. Printers then print according to that number (sometimes with overages). So, if you want to absolutely guarantee you get a book, the best bet is to order it before FOC. Final Order Cut Off is Monday 10/23/23 this week.
