Back in Star Wars Insider #203, we got an FOC variant that was an Ahsoka Tano Trading Card style cover depicting the Togruta from Season 2 of the Mandalorian.
Well, looks like we’re going for a bit of a theme here. Star Wars Insider #206 is getting an FOC variant and it’s Re-Armored Boba Fett from the Mandalorian Season 2! FOC stands for Final Order Cut Off, when the printer sets its print run for the publication based on the orders received by that date. These FOC variants are usually solicited close to that date and so fans have less heads up to grab an order. The assumption is that these covers are printed in smaller numbers than their newsstand and direct market counterparts for the same issue, making them collectible. FOC for Star Wars Insider is October 4, 2021, so you still have time to track it down! No pre-order link as of yet, but we’ll keep you posted. Check it out below!
