Now that Mandalorian Season 2 is finished, we will have to wait for new weekly live-action Star Wars! Even between Disney+ seasons and blockbuster film releases, we get new Star Wars just about every week in our local comic shop, though!

Man, short week next week! I guess I don’t mind because this week was huge. There was Star Wars High Republic #2, High Republic Adventures #1 from IDW, Star Wars #11, and Star Wars Adventures #1 from IDW. Phew.
Just one title from Marvel next week and none from IDW. But, stay tuned below the solicit for Darth Vader #10 for the Final Order Cut Offs coming up next Monday, 2/8/2021! If you’re not familiar, final order cutoff is when Diamond distributors locks orders and the publishers then print accordingly. So, if you want to absolutely guarantee you get a book, get your order in before then.

Star Wars High Republic Adventures #2: Marchion Ro, the Eye of the Nihil, and made big baddie of the High Republic storyline so far, made a cameo in Issue #1. He very well may make his first full appearance in issue #2. Don’t miss out. We don’t have images of cover A yet, but the image to the right (below on mobile) is the Nathan 1:10 incentive. Star Wars High Republic #3: The story is continuing on here, but no early buzz on first appearances or this being a key issue. Still, if you want to make sure you get a copy, order before Monday, 2/8/21. There’s an epic 1:25 incentive variant by Walker featuring Sskeer. (grab the Walker 1:25 variant on TFAW or Ebay)
Star Wars High Republic #2 (2nd Printing): Early anecdotal reports from around the Weekday Warrior crowd makes it seem like there was less scarcity around issue #2 than issue #1. Subsequent printing variants are all the rage recently. Who knows if it will last, but if you’re a printing variant collector, lock this down before Monday, 2/8/2021. No cover art yet, but to the right (below on mobile) is my guess of interior art that will be used.
