I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to obtain E.M. Gist’s gorgeous original art for the upcoming January 2022 Halcyon Legacy #1 from Marvel! While not everybody will be able to see it in person at my office, I thought I could upload some high resolution images for others to appreciate the effort and skill that Gist put into this cover (and all his covers). The original piece is 16″ x 24″ oils on heavy bristol board. The images below were taken with a Nikon DS3500 at 24.2 Megapixels. The link below each image provides an image 4000 x 6000 pixels so you can zoom in and take a look at all the brush strokes!
