Looks like Boba Fett and Fennec Shand are looking to put together an underworld syndicate of their own- power in numbers, you know!? Forget the Empire, forget Crimson Dawn, the Book of Boba Fett is starting its first chapter! The other major thing I noticed was a heavy serving of some fan-favorite creatures from the Star Wars galaxy- Ithorians, Trandoshians, Gamorreans, Twi’leks, Tusken Raiders, and more!
Boba Fett first appeared in comics in Marvel’s Star Wars Empire Strikes Back Marvel Comics Illustrated Version (5/1980 digest format collecting later Star Wars ##39-44 issues), first magazine format cameo in The Empire Strikes Back Weekly #127, first magazine format full appearance in Marvel Super Special #16 (8/1980), his first magazine format cover appearance on The Empire Strikes Back Weekly #129 (8/14/1980), and his first cover appearance on a traditional format comic in Star Wars #42 (9/23/1980).
