Original 2/21/2020 article:
Following up on the Snake Eyes reveal this morning, Hasbro, via IGN, have revealed two more entries in the brand new GI Joe Classified Series 6 inch line, Scarlett and Roadblock! Check out the images below and head over to IGN for the full story.
Roaddblock and Scarlett will be available to pre-order tomorrow, 2/22/2020 via Hasbro Pulse, Amazon, and the other usual e-tailer outlets. One thing that I really love as a long-time Phil Noto comic art fan, is the Scarlett packaging art by the man himself! This continues Hasbro’s tradition of plumbing the comic book world’s deep bench of talented artists. John Tyler Christopher is well known for providing Marvel Legends packaging illustrations.
The G.I. Joe Classified line are 6″ figures inspired by the 1980s G.I. Joe 3.75″ figures, but are so very much better.
Scarlett comes with a crossbow and a whole grip of knives, and the packaging for the figure has art by Phil Noto. Roadblock comes with a “heavy artillery blaster” and package art by Mike Thompson and Ken Lashley. All three figures include multiple articulation points and Scarlett and Roadblock can be preordered directly from Hasbro Pulse beginning tomorrow, February 22 at 4 pm ET/1 pm PT, as well as the usual retailers you’d expect. The preorder page for Roadblock will be live at Amazon and Scarlett can be preordered from Amazon or Walmart in addition to Hasbro Pulse.
