A few days ago, I wrote a post sharing that Marvel is issuing reprints of Star Wars Doctor Aphra #39 and Star Wars: Darth Vader #41 due to “isolated” printer errors causing defects in the final product.

Looks like the issues were not isolated to those comics only because Marvel also just announced a reprint for Star Wars #42 that came out this Wednesday. Comic shops in different parts of the country received shipments where nearly all of their copies had damages and/or defects.
I believe these will still be considered first prints.
On one hand, I’m glad they’re taking care of this and making sure that everyone who ordered a copy of Star Wars #42. But on the other hand, they really need to get this figured out with whatever printer is causing the issue.
