Phase III of The High Republic publishing initiative kicks off next Wednesday, October 04, 2023 with Star Wars: The High Republic – Shadows of Starlight #1!
I’ve written about this issue previously, when I broke down the expected first appearances based on the art preview from Marvel.
In short, there should be a LOT. The entire Jedi council should be in this issue as the Jedi all return to Coruscant to discuss invoking the “Guardian Protocols.”

The High Republic – Shadows of Starlight mini-series is 4-issues long and will chronicle the first year after the fall of Starlight Beacon. The books and main comic runs will pick up after the events of Shadows of Starlight so you’d think the author, Charles Soule, will be packing all 4 of these issues with tons of lore and stories important to the narrative.
