The October 2023 Marvel Comics solicitations have arrived and they give us a look at all Marvel Star Wars comics coming out this October!

I’ve included all of the variants and publisher’s descriptions below for all of the upcoming Star Wars books, but a few stood out.
Ok here’s what stood out to me…
- The Rahzzah variant for Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 2 #5 will have a virgin variant that will likely be a 1:100 ratio. If you buy ratios I would think that one will be a good one to get.
- Star Wars: Dark Droids – D-Squad #2 will have a “Chopper Variant” by Tom Reilly. I’m a simple man. if I see a Chopper variant… I buy it.
- The High Republic is back! Star Wars The High Republic – Shadows of Starlight #1 comes out this month with a straight up banger cover A that features every member of the Jedi council on it. There will also be a virgin of that cover that will probably be a 1:100 ratio variant.
- Shadows of Starlight is my most anticipated comic in the 2nd half of this year. We get to see what happened in between phase I and phase III from the perspective of the council. Count me in!
- The Gist variant with Vader in the bacta tank for Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi #2 is bananas.
- Big theme for this month appears to be “cybernetic homies not being homies anymore” because of the SCOURGE.
