Look Out Hasbro! The Drunkwooky 3.75″ Action Figure Pre-Orders Are Live!

My Great Grand Pappy used to always say, “life’s too short to not make an action figure based off your oddball Star Wars comics and books website!”, as he sipped on his frozen lemonade watching Judy Judy. A fine fellow and a role model.

I’ve thought about that a lot over the years. It’s really shaped my life. So much that a few months back I decided that I wanted to make his dream a reality.

So I contacted Bobaluga Studios, a prolific bootleg action figure savant, to see if he would help a wookiee out with the mold to create my very own 3.75″ action figure with an unbelievable 4 points of articulation. He agreed. So after a bit of back and forth on the design I was sent 2 prototypes for painting.

Here’s how they turned out.

And that brings us to today. A few hours ago I opened pre-orders for the first (and probably only) Drunk Wooky Action Figure.

My goal is to sell 25 of them. Mainly to cover the costs of the sculpt mold and modeling from Bobaluga studios. I’ve had more than a handful of people reach out and place a pre-order before today and a handful more over the last few hours since pre-orders officially opened. I feel pretty good about hitting my goal.

But I need your help. I can’t do it alone.

Each figure can be customize with the following options:

• White or Blue shirt.
• Black, shimmer, or silver sunglasses (shimmer and silver obscure “DrunkWooky” text on sunglasses slightly)

The DrunkWooky Action Figure comes packed with 4 action points of articulation, “DrunkWooky” emblazoned sunglasses, a beerdolier, two “Brewbacca” beer cans, and one random mini Star Wars key issue! Each one is sculpted by @bobaluga_studios , based on @alteredstatecomics logo design, and lovingly hand painted by yours truly, DrunkWooky!

Estimated to ship in late July.
