“We are many; you are one.”
“Victory runs bones-deep!”
“Your abilities pale before us.”

Welcome back to more OTC Photoygraphy! Today I decided to match up the web exclusive Mortal Kombat VS Bloody Edition Ermac by Storm Collectibles and the Walgreen’s GITD Skull Trooper by McFarlane Toys.

The reason I chose Ermac today was because I’ve never actually owned a Storm Collectibles Mortal Kombat Ninja and wanted to see what he was all about ahead of McFarlane’s Scorpion and Subzero releases later this year. Storm Collectibles figures run from $50.00 to $100.00 per figure and McFarlane are going to be priced at recommended retail around $20.

The Glow-in-the-Dark Skull Trooper is a Walgreen’s exclusive which sounds exciting until you realize that it just comes with the one scythe and stand, and no rifle or backpack like the normal release. The GITD effect is cool, but it is only on the face. Decide for yourself if the entire lack of accessories is acceptable for the $13.99 price of admission (around 14.00 on ebay at the time of this writing).
