I knew that if I waited for long enough and if I didn’t give in to the $400+, $500+, $600+ EBay prices, this day would come! Hot Toys have announced a re-issue of the Death Trooper 1/6 scale figure slated for a Quarter 4 2020/ Quarter 1 2021 delivery! This figure depicts a Death Trooper from the Disney+ live action show, the Mandalorian. The official solicitation states that this figure depicts the Death Trooper from that particular show, but it’s unclear if that is any different, and if that makes the figure any different, than the Rogue One releases.

UPDATE 3/4/2020: Pre-orders are now live through Sideshow. The figure is retailing for $235 and slated for a January – April 2021 release.

The highly-accurate collectible figure is specially crafted based on the appearance of the Imperial Death Troopers in The Mandalorian. It stands at approximately 32.5cm tall, featuring a finely crafted black colored armor, helmet with scope and LED light-up function, blaster rifle, blaster pistol, and a figure stand!
