New Star Wars Comics and Books Coming Out Next Week
Star Wars Insider #228 – This Halloween-inspired issue dives into The Mandalorian’s five-year legacy, with a feature on spooky Star Wars characters like the witches of Dathomir and an exploration of Darth Vader’s “body horror” transformation. It also concludes The High Republic story, “Chronicles of Corellia: Cracking the Mask,” and includes behind-the-scenes insights on The Bad Batch Season 3?.

Star Wars: Battle of Jakku: Insurgency Rising #3 – This issue intensifies the Battle of Jakku storyline with Kes Dameron facing off against Imperial forces. It continues to explore new challenges for the New Republic as they try to wrap up the Galactic Civil War.
Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures #11 – The High Republic storyline dives deeper into the Occlusion Zone with Padawan Ram Jomaram leading a rescue mission on Eriadu, a planet under attack from the Nihil. (I just realized I’m an issue behind on this. Have some catching up to do)

Star Wars Comic Book FOC Deadlines
For those who aren’t familiar, FOC, or Final Order Cut Off, is when publishers and distributors require retailers to get their orders in. Printers then print according to that number (sometimes with overages). So, if you want to absolutely guarantee you get a book, the best bet is to order it before FOC. Final Order Cut Off is Monday 10/28/24 this week.
