Here’s a complete list of Star Wars comics and books coming out next week on August 7th, 2024, as well as every Star Wars comic or book with a final order cutoff deadline this upcoming Monday, August 5th.

New Star Wars Comics and Books Coming Out Next Week
Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures #8 Phase III by Daniel Jose Older and Harvey Tolibao – The publisher’s description for this issue touts it as “the most shocking chapter of the High Republic yet!” so there’s a chance we’re getting another character reveal or current character death. Not sure what else would be “shocking.” So far, this series has been a fun one for me even though I don’t really care all that much about Lula and Zeen’s on-and-off struggle about their relationship vs. responsibilities.
I do think the art on Cover B is pretty fire even though it’s also very odd. It’s just beautifully done.

Star Wars: The High Republic #10 by Cavan Sott and James Towe – The series finale for the current Marvel Star Wars run for Phase III of the High Republic. We should get a conclusion to the Baron Boolan conflict as our odd fitting team looks to end his experiments on both the nameless and force users. A new series by Cavan. Star Wars: The High Republic – Fear of the Jedi will replace this one in February 2025. It was announced at SDCC.
Star Wars Inquisitors #2 by Rodney Barnes and Steven Cummings – After an excellent premiere issue (with a bunch of first appearances) we’ll be returning to Jedi Knight Tensu Run and his mission to galvanize the galaxy to stand up and fight against the Empire. Looking forward to this one the most this week.
Star Wars Toys Coming In July & August 2024 – Entertainment Earth currently has 172 different Star Wars toys and collectibles listed with an ETA of July 2024. Tons of Star Wars action figures, Pops, LEGO sets, and statues coming out this month. Star Wars Comic Book FOC Deadlines
For those who aren’t familiar, FOC, or Final Order Cut Off, is when publishers and distributors require retailers to get their orders in. Printers then print according to that number (sometimes with overages). So, if you want to absolutely guarantee you get a book, the best bet is to order it before FOC. Final Order Cut Off is Monday 8/5/24 this week.
