At San Diego Comic-Con 2024, Marvel Comics and Lucasfilm announced a new addition to the Star Wars: The High Republic line. Star Wars: The High Republic – Fear of the Jedi is a five-issue miniseries written by Cavan Scott, known for his extensive work in the Star Wars universe. The series features artwork by Marika Cresta, whose previous work includes Doctor Aphra and Captain Carter.
The first issue is set to release on February 19, 2025. Fear of the Jedi will serve as the final arc of Phase III in The High Republic storyline. It’s just wild to me that it’s really been FIVE KRIFFIN’ YEARS since the initiative kicked off.

The series follows Jedi Master Keeve Trennis as she navigates growing tensions within the Nihil Occlusion Zone. Readers can expect appearances from familiar characters, including Wookiee Jedi Master Kelnacca from The Acolyte, along with other figures from High Republic novels, audio dramas, and comics.
