New Star Wars Comics and Books Coming Out Next Week
Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures – Echoes of Fear #1 by George Mann and Vincenzo Federici – This mini-series from Dark Horse comics will be about Jedi Knight Reath Silas and Padawan Amadeo Azzazzo hitting the Jedi archives to find out more about an ancient Sith named Darth Ravi and his connection to the Echo Stones. The Echo Stones are stones that can amplify force powers so much that even those without significant force sensitivity can use it. Thisd will be Darth Ravi’s first appearance in any media.

Star Wars: The Acolyte – Kelnacca #1 – A one shot comic about my guy Kelnacca from Star Wars: The Acolyte. This comic will be his first appearance alongside his padawan. The cover art is all fantastic.
Star Wars Vol. 8 Trade Paperback ” The Sith and the Skywalker” – This TPB collects the entire crystal/sith arc from the current Star Wars run by Charles Soule. Collects Star Wars (2020) #42-45 as well as material from Star Wars: Revelations (2023) #1 and the 2024 FCBD issue.
Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures – Crash and Burn by Daniel Jose Older and Rachele Aragno is the sequel to Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures – Crash Landing that came out a few months back. Crash and her crew are off to assassinate Marchion Ro because the Jedi’s moral compass won’t allow them to do it.

Star Wars Comic Book FOC Deadlines
For those who aren’t familiar, FOC, or Final Order Cut Off, is when publishers and distributors require retailers to get their orders in. Printers then print according to that number (sometimes with overages). So, if you want to absolutely guarantee you get a book, the best bet is to order it before FOC. Final Order Cut Off is Monday 9/02/24 this week.
