The October 2024 Dark Horse Comics solicitations were recently announced and it’s a heavy dose of The High Republic. Since I didn’t post the September solicits last month, I figured I’d compile all of the all-ages Star Wars comics and books coming out this September and October from Dark Horse Comics on one post.
Most of the September and October 2024 Dark Horse Star Wars comics have been listed for preorder already at most online retailers and those that are not up yet should be soon. Be sure to check the links below to see what has and has not been added.
A few interesting notes:
- There’s a new one-shot (High Republic Adventures – Crash and Burn) and a new 4-part mini-series (High Republic Adventures – Dispatches from the Occlusion Zone)
- It’s interesting that there’s no new non-High Republic comics coming out from Dark Horse in October or September. I figured we’d get something to replace Hyperspace Stories by now. It’s also notable because it seems Marvel is winding down their High Republic comics while Dark Horse is ramping up.
- High Republic Adventures – Crash and Burn will have The Acolyte logo on it. Since Marvel is getting the Kelnacca one-shot I’d expect Dark Horse to produce a tie-in comic as well. Maybe Vernestra working with a young Sol or something.
