Hello there! Welcome to another new comic book day post! Let’s take a look at all Star Wars comics and books scheduled to be released next week on March 27th as well as every Star Wars comic or book with a final order cutoff deadline this upcoming Monday, March 25th.

UPDATED: Full June 2024 Marvel Star Wars Comic Solicitations
Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi #6 by Jody Houser and Salvador Larroca – This is the 6th and final issue of the Marvel Comics adaptation of the Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ show. I have to be honest, I do not like the art in this series. Looks too much like the scenes were straight-up traced from the show. There’s something unsettling about it. That being said the Stephanie Hans Women’s History Day variant is the first cover appearance of Omega. She’s not in the actual comic of course but it’s still something first appearance collectors should probably pick up.
Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures – Crash Landing by Daniel Jose Older and Rachele Aragno – This is a one-shot comic from Dark Horse Comics about Crash Ongwa and her security crew on Corellia. Most of the crew were introduced for the first time in the Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures Annual #1 and/or DJO’s Midnight Horizon novel from Phase I. I was able to get this comic early so I’ve read it. There are a few first appearances in it, including a new (and very odd) Jedi named Ruu.

Star Wars: Dark Droids TPB by Charles Soule and Luke Ross – This trade paperback collects all 5 issues from the Star Wars: Dark Droids mini-series from 2023. I have mixed feelings about this mini-series. On one hand, it was very creative and unique. I liked Ajax Sigma quite a bit. My main issue is that Ajax Sigma feels like a side character in his own story. The good news is, *SPOILER*, he’s still alive and could show up in more stories down the road.

Star Wars Toys Coming In March 2024 – It feels like there are an abnormal amount of Star Wars toys, LEGO, statues, pops, etc. coming out this Month. Entertainment Earth shows 302 items set to release in March. I don’t follow that nearly as closely as I do comic books but that feels like a lot. Star Wars Comic Book FOC Deadlines
For those who aren’t familiar, FOC, or Final Order Cut Off, is when publishers and distributors require retailers to get their orders in. Printers then print according to that number (sometimes with overages). So, if you want to absolutely guarantee you get a book, the best bet is to order it before FOC. Final Order Cut Off is Monday 3/18/24 this week.
