Star Wars: Yoda #6 by author Jody Houser comes out this Wednesday, April 17th, and today we got our hands on the official preview of the issue. This issue will be the final part of a three-book arc that takes place before the Clone Wars involving three younglings, Krrsish (wookiee), Gheyr (Trandoshan), and Jak’zin (Togorian).
This mini arc has largely been centered around two core ideas:
One: The ongoing conflict and animosity between Trandoshans and Wookiees
Two: Krissh, much like Anakin, having premonition that leads to hate, anger, and confusion. All paths that lead to to the Dark Side. Krrsish is having visions that Gheyr is going to betray the order.
He is encouraged by Jedi Master Dooku not to ignore his visions. But rather be mindful of them and act when the time is right. Essentially saying that WHEN Gheyr does betray the order it will be up to Krrsish to step in.
The problem? This leads to Krrsish acting on his darkest fears and he attacks the other younglings. Strong foreshadowing as to why Dooku became disillusioned with the Jedi council as they “ignore” the dark side of the Force even though it’s still a part of the force.

No clue how this will end up. Will Krrsish sees the errors of his ways? Or will his visions be proven accurate?
To find out, read the issue, you must.
I for one will not tolerate this wookiee slander and stand firmly with Dooku.

May the force be with you.
