New comic book day next week is February 08, 2023 and there is a full lineup of new books and comics on the way.
Here are some storylines I’m interested in:
Star Wars: The High Republic #5 – Are we going to learn more about the Sorcerers of Tund? How will this tie into the Battle of Jedha audio drama?
Star Wars: Darth Vader #31 – How in the world will Jul Tambor actually pose a threat to Vader?
Star Wars Hidden Empire #4: Who (or what) is in the fermatta cage?!? And, just like my comment about Jul Tambor, how does this actually pose a threat to the two most powerful beings in the galaxy?
Tinfoil Time: What if it’s not a Sith in the Fermatta Cage but instead it’s a leveler?!? Probably not but it would be cool.
Also out this week is Star Wars Insider Magazine #216, the softcover version of Star Wars: The Princess and the Scoundrel, and brand new Star Wars Legends Epic Collection, The Menace Revealed Vol 3.

Star Wars Comic Book FOC Deadlines
For those who aren’t familiar, FOC, or Final Order Cut Off, is when publishers and distributors require retailers to get their orders in. Printers then print according to that number (sometimes with overages). So, if you want to absolutely guarantee you get a book, best bet is to order it before FOC. Final Order Cut Off is Monday 2/6/23 this week.
