Hot Toys Announce Star Wars The Mandalorian Remnant Stormtrooper 1/6 Scale Figure

Hot Toys have announced their 1/6 scale Remnant Stormtrooper figure from the Mandalorian. This looks similar to previous Stormtrooper releases we’ve seen from Hot Toys with some notable changes. First, besides the normal E-11 imperial blaster, it looks like this trooper is packaged with an SE-14R light repeating blaster wielded by K-2SO in Rogue One. Second, it looks like the undersuit, while not as cumbersome as the rubber Death Trooper suits or as light and smooth as the normal trooper suits, look textured and light enough to allow for free articulation. Then, of course, there’s the heavy weathering. Since the imperial armories shut down, nobody’s gotten a fresh suit of armor in a while…

Additionally, Mandalorian’s full Beskar chest plate and pauldrons, notably missing from the version on pre-order now, are visible as a tease int he corner of some of the official promo images below! Will we get a deluxe version announced? Will that deluxe version come with “The Child?” All great questions, but mere speculation at this point.
