Watch out, Black Series, SH Figuarts are coming for you with yet another head-to-head showdown on the 1/12 scale!
First up, we’ve got the newly announced Emperor Palpatine SH Figuarts Death Star II Throne Room Set! I’ll be excited to see how this stacks up against the Amazon Exclusive Black Series Palpatine with throne from Hasbro.
Palpatine comes with his Throne, two interchangeable heads, force lightning, a cane, and two royal guards with force pikes! That’s surprising. I was expecting a “figure not included” disclaimer! Palpatine is coming soon! He’s scheduled to release December 2019.

Next up, we get everybody’s favorite Mando! Mando comes equipped with a more Spartan set up matching how his character travels, but check out that soft goods cape! I do wish he came with an interchangeable Beskar pauldron! But, alas, no. Again, I smell a showdown with the Black Series coming up!
