Mezco have announced a variant to their regular Magneto One:12 Collective release, the Marvel NOW! white costume Magneto!
PX Mezco One:12 Collective Magneto is retail priced at $80.00 and is scheduled for a MArch 2020 release.

As you can see, it looks like you’re getting the same amount of hands and “magnetic force effects”, and the price is the same between the regular and PX editions, so this comes down to a color and costuming preference. The PX cape looks like a similar leather texture as Mezco’s previous Moon Knight exclusive with a higher collar than the regular edition.
