McFarlane Releases Official Promo Images and Details for Doom Slayer 7″ Figure

Teased back at Toy Fair in February, McFarlane Toys published official promo images and details for the new 7″ Doom Slayer action figure. MSRP is $21.99 and the figure is slated for a September 2019 release. Full gallery below.

No rear shot of this figure, though. Oh, Doomslayer, you’re too modest. Show us those hellfire cheeks!

Man, shoulder-mounted laser weapons were all the rage in 90s sci-fi. Predator, Doom, and I’m sure the list goes on and on.

Now for OTC’s trademark Dare To Compare Shopping! Doom Slayer can be pre-ordered at these fine retailers:

It looks like we’re getting some nice detailed sculpting from the heavy-duty steel knee-high boots, to his dental tool left sidearm. Time will tell how the paint application looks in person.

Having said all that, it looks like we’ve lost some detail from earlier digital mock ups below. We got the normal boilerplate about those being subject to change.

Details from McFarlane Toys verbatim (including weird hyphen usage and the phrase “on a perpetual war…”):
